Matt

I just thought I should write a post about what a good guy Matt is. He is such a great husband and father and sometimes I just do not tell him enough. He always helps around the house without being asked and the kids just adore him. He takes them on bike rides, build things with them and is so helpful in all that the ask him to do. Today to give you an example went like this. Since it was Saturday Matt is always so good to let me sleep in. He started a new Sat. tradition of taking Riley and Sam (Kristina is like me and likes her Sat. sleep) to go yard selling. They take their bikes and scooters and head off for treasures. He even did Riley's hair this morning. How about that?! After I woke up I had a headache. I thought no big deal but within a half hour it had turned into a full blown, knock me on my butt, migraine. I made it upstairs without being sick thank heavens and had to go straight back to bed. Mind you I always have some sort of headache but this was one of the few that was HORRIBLE!!! Matt didn't say a word and did the laundry and took the kids to the neighbors for their BBQ while I slept and got rid of my headache. I didn't even have to ask him!! Thanks so much Matt for all you do! You are AWESOME and I love you tons!!

we've always known he is the better half of you. :) Glad you were able to sleep off the headache...there are few things worse.

I'm sure you got what you deserve...when it comes to your husband that is :) You're pretty amazing yourself!

Sorry to hear about your migrain. Must be a Webb thing. Me, my mom, Brent and Nathan get those too. Luckily last one I've had was over a year ago, and it was a DOOZY! I think I would rather die than go through that again!

All I can say about that right now is...I WISH!! Drew is going through a phase where I feel like I am raising 3 kids! I love him to death, but come on!!

What a guy!! I love his Saturday tradition of taking the 2 younger ones yard selling while you sleep in. I'll have to pass that idea on to my hubby. Cute post, Joelle!
